Asparagus Potato Soup
Excellent and easy to make soup. A must for my recipe box. I didn't have bacon so I added diced ham instead. Some croutons will make a nice addition to this recipe.

Macadamia-Crusted Salmon
Great dish and so easy to make. However, I did not have macadamian nuts so I substitued for slivered almonds. We loved it. Next time I'll try it with macadamian nuts, I'm sure that will be just as good if not better. I think any nuts will serve as a good substitue. Thanks for the great recipe.

Tartar Sauce IV
I loved this version. It was so fast and easy. I think it was ready in 5 minutes. The fish was cooked and the plates were served and my boyfriend said "where's the tartar sauce", I ran to the computer pulled up a recipe and vuala, this was ready in 5 minutes and tasted great. Thanks a lot.
