Pretty good mac and cheese recipe. The changes I made were I halved the recipe since it's only my husband and I. I doubled the sauce and cheese and added about 2 Tablespoons of panko bread crumbs on top and a dash of paprica. Served with fish and cheddar garlic biscuits!!!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili

This is by far the best chili ever. The only thing I did not add was the celery because I didn't have any. We are looking forward to having chili dogs tomorrow with the leftover's. Thanks for the recipe!!!!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

This is the best shrimp scampi recipe. I did add a splash of white wine and I added about 1/4 cup of sauted onion. I also added about 1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce. Delish!!!!!

Southern Fried Cabbage

I loved this recipe. The only change I made was I used bacon bits because I didn't have any bacon on hand. I will definately be making this again!!!

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

We enjoyed this recipe very much. I added baby carrots and turnips and alittle rosemary on top. I also added a lemon to the cavity. Thanks for the recipe!!! Also, made a wonderful gravy with the drippings.

Healing Cabbage Soup

Tomato Chicken Parmesan

This was the best chicken parmesan I have ever made. The chicken came out so tender and moist. The only change I made was I cooked my chicken for about 30 minutes. Wonderful recipe!!!

Szechwan Shrimp

My husband and I loved this easy meal. I did double the sauce. For 1 Tablespoon of the ketchup I substituted 1 tablespoon of Thai Sweet chili sauce. I did not have any green onions so I just used a white onion. I served this over brown rice. Thanks for a easy and delicious meal!

Caesar Salad Supreme

This recipe was wonderful. We had prime rib, potatoes, rolls and this terrific caesar salad. It was better then I could of recieved in any restaurant. 5 stars

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These are the best stuffed mushrooms that I ever tasted. I make them all the time for my family. I do make a few changes. I add about 4 slices of bacon and I add bread crumbs and a small pat of butter to the top. After they are finished baking I broil them for about a minute to get a nice color on top. Thanks for this wonderful recipe.
