To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I've tried a lot of blueberry muffins--- and this takes the cake (Muffin:) I skipped the topping and just used sugar. They have that crunchy bakery like top! I used a little less than a 1/3 cup oil- the batter was very thinck and very easy to use (also didn't drip like other muffin recipes) Also I baked them in a toaster oven and after 10 minutes I lowered the temp to 350. They were amazing!!!
