Crunchy Pea Salad
Great combination of flavors and crunchiness. A nice change of pace from the usual salad flavors. I added a 1/2 tbsp of sugar to the dressing to sweeten it just a little.

Glen's Cheese Sauce
Smooth and creamy, but not enough cheese flavor to suit me, even though I used double the amount of cheese.
