Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce
Help! Loved the flavor, but I must've done something wrong. I am an experienced cook. Did everything as in recipe, but did add onions and doubled the garlic. Somehow I went wrong with the parmesan cheese! When I added it (did remove from heat for a moment), rather than melting in nicely, it kinda got clumpy and goopy....the cheese didn't blend in well. Would like to try it again!

Hoagie Dip
I was happy to find this recipe as I've had this at parties over the years and always loved it. I did add the tbsp of red wine vinegar (italian flavored) AND I added a few tsp of red peppers (the refrigerated kind) that you put on a hoagie and it was awesome! Everyone devoured it. It makes a ton....would cut in half next time. Used torn hoagie rolls but you can also use sliced baguette....just couldn't find any yesterday. Baguette actually works great.

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta
Very good....very similar to dishes that I've thrown together over the years, as well. I did a full box of angel hair, fresh basil and almost 3/4 cup wine....added pepper flakes. One HUGE mistake....I used lowfat feta which I know now has no flavor compared to the regular feta. Very versatile dish....everyone liked it!
