I'm a busy mom who works outside the home and is always interested in sharing cooking ideas for feeding small family on an even smaller budget! I love to just Google and choose what to eat! I particularly enjoy preparing spicy dishes, especially southern cooking and Indian cuisine. Take out! LOL! But seriously, not much cooking was happening in my family since we were often so busy with school and work that we could never find the time. Now that I am married and blessed with a more relaxed lifestyle, I want to hone up on my cooking skills and really find my niche. I usually never go wrong with a decent casserole. One in particular is a simple chicken casserole that I double up on the stffing my boys (i.e. husband and toddler son) LOVE it! Too many to mention!!
