This is a pretty neat recipe. It was a little bland, though so next time I'll add some salt. I'll definitely use fresh spinach next time as well. Make sure to only put 1/4 c. of the spaghetti sauce in the meat loaf. When I read "1 cup divided" at first I thought it meant 1/2 cup. Unfortunalty I was in a rush while preparing it the first time around. I definitely plan on making it again, though. Just needs a little tweaking.
