Broccoli Rice Casserole
Middle of the road. Got pressed for time and took some shortcuts. Used Wild Rice I had as left-over. Used 1 can Cream of Chix Soup and Chix broth instead of H2O. 2 bags frozen broccoli, S&P, dash of garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dry mustard. Used Velvetta cheese. Mixed everything together and put in the casserole dish w/o any precooking. Like most recipes, it is just a jumping off point. The plus, not a bit left-over. Even our picky veggie eaters ate it.
