Pretzel Turtles

This is an absolutely AMAZING candy! I use square pretzels and caramel Dove chocolates; I also put the pecan on the chocolate before I bake them and then tap them to set them in place. I like the slight toast it gives to the nut.

Country House Bed and Breakfast Casserole

This was great! I reduced the butter by half, and added a little onion - it was a hit for Christmas morning!
