Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie)
it took me hours to trim and chop all of the spinach needed (4 bags of fresh spinach!), and it wasn't that great when i was finally done. i think it was WAY too much work for the final result. even if you use frozen spinach to make it much easier, there is really no point as it is not really that good; just okay.
