this was really good; we had only half a bowl of leftovers. i added more chicken broth and used half cream cheese/half gorgonzola instead of bleu cheese--and did that liberally. i'm glad i did, i don't think the amounts in the recipe would have coated everything as well. the onions were a great addition.
