Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

I thought this was delicious. I also used ritz crackers for a topping and added some milk and a little water to the cheese/ soup sauce. My husband and I ate the whole thing.. yummy!

Tomato Alfredo Sauce with Artichokes

I thought this was quite tasty. I used different vegetables only because I used what I had on hand (onions, roasted red peppers, zucchini and tomatoes), but followed the recipe for the most part. I really liked it and thought it was a good change from standard pasta and not as fattening as some alfredo sauces are.

Pancakes I

These pancakes were perfect! I followed the directions perfectly and added just a little cinnamon to the mix. Came out great!

Veggie Pizza

I was really excited to make this dish, but it wasn't as good as I'd hoped. It was tasty, but I probably won't make it again. My husband didn't even finish his serving. The sauce is good, but very overpowering.. perhaps I laid it on too thick. Maybe it would've been better if it had a thinner layer? At least it was fun to make.

Hot Mexican Spinach Dip

This was definitely one of the best dips I've ever had. I brought it to a party and the whole thing got eaten! I did omit the powdered milk and I used diced chili peppers instead of the olives. I'm really happy with the result and will definitely make this dip again and again!
