Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken
Pretty good. The sauce came out a little too salty, so I will modify the next time.

Meatball Minestrone
Amazing recipe! I only made a few changes. We like to have onion and garlic in meals like this, so I omitted the minced onion and sautéed fresh onion and garlic in some olive oil. Then I didn't have any frozen veggies, so I used some corn and green chiles. The rest was as written and it is fabulous! Thanks for a great meal.
