Quick Brown Rice and Mushroom Pilaf
I used TJ brown rice and cooked for 3 minutes and then added to the skillet.It could use a little more spice. Maybe more onions. I just threw in a few handfulls.

Baked Omelet
I use the recipe almost every weekend. I change it around and add sauteed onions, pepper, ham, bacon, etc. I have even added canned all meat chili. It's a great delicious recipe.

Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
Yummy! My husband loved this too. Trying to make this lower fat, I added about a third cup of oil instead of a half cup. I also used low fat Best Foods mayo. I omitted the salt, pepper, and sugar. I also used Honeybaked ham company's mustard. It is a honey mustard.
