DELICIOUS!!!! Used Half and Half because that is all I had. Was out of Sour Cream so I threw some French onion dip in there... :D Lucky for me.. it tasted awesome! (Oh and I used a three mushroom blend from Meijer)

Perfect Recipe for a quick and easy dough. I made it even MORE easy.. Took all the ingredients, put them in my breadmaker on "Dough" setting let it mix it up and turned the maker off, let it raise about 15 mins while I cut up toppings and presto.. it was PERFECT. I used to work at a pizza shop.. this is easy to work with dough. It tastes yummy too! Added a tablespoon of Honey and some Garlic for flavor, otherwise the base recipe is fine as is.
