Strawberry Cheesecake Muffins
my co-workers loved them. i used the original recipe and forgot the lemon, no big deal. i thought the dough was too doughie, but no one else complained. i made a double batch & felt like i didn't have enough cream cheese filling would def make more of that & use more sugar like previous reviewers have said. my first muffins though, and would try again!
