Daddy's Fried Corn and Onions
Simple but very good. I got great reviews when I brought this to a potluck! I used two whole bags of corn, 1 1/2 yellow peppers (so they hid well in the corn so the kids did not notice), 1 large white onion, 4 cloves garlic, 6 TBSP butter or so,salt and pepper. First I cooked the onion, then added the peppers once the onions were very soft, waited a few minutes then added all the corn and cooked until the corn started to slightly brown. YUMMY! I will make this again....and again :-)

Garlic Chicken
This chicken was SO GOOD! My husband said it was amazing and the best chicken he ever had (along with my butter chicken). I followed it almost to a tee, except I used 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs, I had big chicken breasts. The oil and garlic I kept the same. WOW! You must try it!

Country Green Beans
These were a great way to jazz up beans, easy too! Instead of ham, I used the Daystarters cooked turkey slices . I also used butter. I used frozen green beans, and the time listed here was too long, so mine ended up a bit mushy. But they still tasted wonderful!
