Another family favorite! Made a good amount of cookies and they are not too sweet like some recipes. Perfect for our taste. Dipped the fork in sugar also when pressing them. I also had a half of a bag of Heath toffee chips so I threw those into the last half of the dough. It was really good too! Thank you Anita for this recipe that reminds me of the PB cookies I made as a little girl with my mother.

Great recipe! My whole family loved this dish. I used american cheese, minced garlic, and canned chicken because that is what I had. Everything else was according to the original recipe. It turned out delicious! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I will be making this often.

AWESOME! Thats the best word I can think of at the moment to describe this recipe. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out to be the best rice I have ever had. It's even really good reheated the next day. My husband who does not like rice usually, tried it, then he wouldn't stop eating it! Thats amazing! I made it as a side dish to a great chicken enchilada recipe I found on this site. Now if I could just find a recipe to change his opinion of sweet potatoes....? LOL My kids loved the rice too, cleaned their plates and asked for seconds! Thanks so much for this recipe. I will be making this a lot.
