This was absolutely amazing. I made this marinade for a birthday BBQ and got rave reviews on my chicken. The chicken was so tender and flavorful that it almost melted in your mouth. I followed the recipe with the exception of using low sodium soy sauce and oil olive. I will use this recipe everytime for now on. Tip: make sure you change your serving size to reflect how much you will need.

This is a wounderful dish for any holiday gathering. I use Cherry Jello and Frozen cherries instead of strawberry. My entire family begs me to make this every year. This year my mother finally decided to try it and ask if she could keep what was left. Which was amazing.
