Chocolate Chip banana Muffins
About this Cook
I LOVE to cook. I'm a new mom, and a new wife so I still try to impress everyone with my secret hidden talents in the kitchen. I'm a Food Network Aholic, but I'm still a follow the recipe cook since I have not been in the kitchen long enough to get that creative.
My favorite things to cook
Our favoite meal in our house is stuffed pork chops with real mashed potatoes, and fresh bacon green beans. I like to get creative when I have guests over to impress everyone!
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love to make good down home meals. Home made bread, mashed potatoes and meat.
My cooking tragedies
Salt instead of Sugar. But I think everyone has made the mistake at least once! Tiramisu, the dark rum goes a LONG ways.

Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies
I make these on a weekly basis for my office. The guests LOVE them! I change it up by using different types of instant pudding and chips. This is a GREAT recipe!

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
Very good recipe. The dough seamed too dry so I added 2 Tbsp of vanilla coffee creamer (instead of milk for more flavor). I took the advice from other reviews and lowered the oven temperature to 350 degrees and baked them for 15 to 17 minutes. My husband ate 4 muffins before they even had time to cool! We will definitely keep this recipe!
