I LOVE to cook. I'm a new mom, and a new wife so I still try to impress everyone with my secret hidden talents in the kitchen. I'm a Food Network Aholic, but I'm still a follow the recipe cook since I have not been in the kitchen long enough to get that creative. Our favoite meal in our house is stuffed pork chops with real mashed potatoes, and fresh bacon green beans. I like to get creative when I have guests over to impress everyone! I love to make good down home meals. Home made bread, mashed potatoes and meat. Salt instead of Sugar. But I think everyone has made the mistake at least once! Tiramisu, the dark rum goes a LONG ways.
