This was AWESOME! I changed a few things like substiting beer with low sodium chicken stock, and used lower sodium black beans, no salt added corn, and lower sodium taco seasoning. I also just used 1 28 oz can of diced tomatoes instead of tomato sauce. My husband loved it and so did my kids. It was great! We eat it atleast once a week now.

My husband just loves the chocolate flavor. We have tried many different variations and I occasionally make the bread as a bundt. It makes a tasty cake and I like to pour ganache over it and serve it with whipped cream.
