Eileen's Spicy Gingerbread Men

These were good but if you overbake them they are as hard as rock!!! I am not a fan of gingerbread but I made them for the kids. The kids liked them so that is what matters . I was going to put them into the teachers cooking baskets that I make for them but I dont know if there that good for anyone out of the house to eat LOL!! That is why I only gave them a 3 star !!!

Whipped Shortbread Cookies

OMG these are absolutely delicious !!!!!!! I did follow one of the ladies advice and I whipped the butter for 5 minutes then put in the confectioners sugar and whipped that with the butter for another 5 minutes and then put the flour in 3 parts for 2 minutes each except for the last one of the flour whipped it for 10 min. I was worried that these would fall apart but following these directions they did not butttt they were melt in the mouth good. These are officially my shortbread cookies recipe. Enjoy everyone and thank you so much for this recipe !!!!!!!!!!!!

Slow Cooker Ham

This was awesome !!!! At first I was alittle hesitant so I put 1 can of pineapple on the ham and then rubbed it with the brown sugar. It was fall off the bone soooooooooo good and lucky I only put one can in because there was aton of juice from the ham and I am pretty sure it would have over spilled if I had put another in. My kids and husband gave it 2 thumbs up so I know it was really good. Will always make it this way from now on great recipe thank you so much !!!!!!!!!

These were awesome, next time I will double the recipe they were that good. Also they were easy to make!! Thank you for this recipe, I used to pay $7.00 for one of these at a specialty shop.

Best Macaroni Salad

This is one of the best macaroni salads I have ever tasted. I did though cut half the amount of vinegar in it and it turned out delicious. Loved the cucumbers in it!! Will be using this recipe for my salad from now on.

Peach Cake II

It was very good and moist. I added an extra cup of peaches so alittle more wet then I wanted but that was my fault. Next time I think I would only put in 1/2 the amount of cinnamon., but that is just preference. I will be making this again!!!

Foolproof Rib Roast

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

My husband absolutely loves this. I do cook it differently and put it in at night on low in the slow cooker and let it cook for 10 to 12 hours, it just falls apart. Thank you so much for this easy and delicious recipe!!!!

Sugar Free Strawberry Jiffy Jam

My son is diabetic so this was awesome. Took the same recipe but just changed fruits used a mix fruit and a raspberry sugar free jello. He just tasted it and he said it was awesome!!!
