Peppy's Pita Bread
I couldn't get the Pitas to puff out like the picture but they still tasted yummy. I made personal size pizzas from mine which tasted GREAT!

Baked Lemon Chicken
I made this the other night with rice and it was delicious! The only tweaking I did was to add an extra clove of garlic and top it with some Parmesan cheese. My hubby (who is the real cook in the family) thought it was great.
