Baked Pesto Chicken

I definitely marinated the chicken for a couple hours and stuffed the chicken with mozz cheese. I had to bake it for 40 min. Chicken turned out great :)

Banana Crumb Muffins

This recipe has been in my family for years! It is my favorite pasta salad. Although I add a lot more veggies so it actually is a rainbow :) Peppers, olives, tomatoes, carrots, cucumbers, artichoke hearts, red onions, etc! More veggies the better.

Spaghetti Pie III

Very tasty! One of my favorites. If you have problems spreading the cream cheese/sour cream, just melt the cream cheese a little bit and it will spread perfectly on the hot noodles! This really isn't a hard recipe at all.

Corn Dog Muffins

I'm a poor college kid so this was cheap to make and still tasted great! Leftovers are even better. I cut the recipe in half since I was only making it for myself. And I definitely didin't use brown sugar! Turned out great!
