Burrito Pie
As written, I'd give this 3 stars. The meat mixture was very bland and the beans gave it an odd texture, so I didn't add them all. I added taco seasoning and salsa to the meat mixture. Next time I will add more olives and chiles. I took someone else's suggestion and spread the beans on the tortillas instead and stacked 2 of them bean side down instead of using 1. I served with sour cream and taco sauce and it was delicious.

Bake Sale Lemon Bars
I made this recipe as written except for using more lemon juice. The baking time is off. The crust was burned before I added the filling- I can't imagine it would take 20 minutes in any oven. By the time the filling was set (~15 minutes), the entire edge was black and stuck to the pan. After 1/4 cup of lemon juice, we decided there wasn't enough lemon flavor, so I ended up using about 3/4 cup. Also, these are VERY thin. Not the thick bars I was looking for.

Aussie Chicken
Yummy, but very rich! Tasted like something from a restaurant- definately a "treat" meal. Next time I will half or quarter the sauce ingredients- I used 5 breasts and still have 3/4 of the mixture left. (And any more sauce would have been overpowering!)
