Banana Sour Cream Bread
Thanks for this awesome recipe. It's always a big hit. Some modifications that worked wonderfully: 2 1/2 cups sugar instead of 3, I added 1 more banana, I used whole wheat flower and since my husband doens't eat dairy, I used Tofutti "Better Than Sour Cream" and Earth Balance instead of butter. This bread still comes out moist, dense and delicious!
