I used 3 cups WW flour with 2 cups of bread flour at the start. After it foams, I start with anywhere from 1 1/2 to 3 cups Oatmeal. All WW flour after that. I have thrown in flaxseed, ground and whole and also steel cut oats.This time I put in some walnuts. Very forgiving recipe, will take almost anything you throw at it. Oh I always use Rapid rise yeast. About 2 1/2 hours from start to table. Great recipe!
