Super Al's Cocktail Sauce

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This was awesome. I made it for 3 people and had very little leftovers. I took advice from others and used 1/2 cup of bread crumbs rather than the full cup. It was just right. I also increased the butter to 1/2 cup and sprinkled sharp shredded cheese on top. YUMMMMM. I will definately be making this again....SOON! It is such a wonderful comfort dish.

Roasted Chicken Noodle Soup

This was great! I made homemade egg noodles and it was just like the chicken noodle soup my grandma made when I was a kid. I didn't have the poultry seasoning but the soup was wonderful! Thank you!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

A great recipe! I used half and half instead of milk and doubled the butter. I also roasted 3 cloves of garlic and added a raw clove also. I should have stopped at the 3 roasted cloves! I love garlic but 4 cloves was a little too much. Next time I will use just 3 cloves of roasted garlic. I also toasted the sesame seeds in the oven briefly. They had a neat "nutty" flavor. Thanks for a great recipe!

Egg Noodles

These noodles were great in my chicken noodle soup. They reminded me of my grandma's noodles when I was a kid. I should have rolled them out a little thinner but the family loved them. Thanks for a great recipe!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Tender, tender, tender! I added oregano and thyme as another suggested. I also added celery and onions to the bottom of the pot but it wasn't needed. I am not a good cook (my hubby has done the cooking for 25 years) but this one boosted my confidence! My family raved that it was wonderful!! It was so tender that during clean up my hubby was able to reach in and pull out the wishbone! He said he has never had turkey so tender. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas Eve recipe!
