This is a great base! I add white wine, a pound of shrimp and whatever else I can find! The thing that makes this recipe is the red pepper! The pasta needs that kick! It is great!

BLT Pasta Salad

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

My Husband couldn't get enough! It's going in the rotation! My changes: Spicy Sausage instead of Kielbasa Added an onion Added a sliced head of cabbage with the peppers Added 1/2cup red wine and 1 cup beef broth Might add garlic next time! The broth and wine gave it a nice sauce to keep the potatoes moist and to dip my garlic cheesy bread in! It was great! Thank you for the recipe!

Grandma's Corn Pudding

A big hit at home and for potluck! Stirred cornstarch into the milk before adding to miture, it saved A LOT of time!!! Used 4 eggs instead of 5. Used two 8x8 disposible aluminum pans to ensure pudding was cooked all the way through. Everyone loves this recipe!!
