My favorite things to cook
I love to cook new recipes. No matter what occasion I love trying everything new. Sometimes it back fires and we end up hating a few things but I love the new challenge it brings.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love making cut out sugar cooking with the kids and then spending hours letting them decorate them and making a huge mess with icing and sprinkles. I would recommend it to anyone with children. Let them make a mess!!!
My cooking triumphs
My made from scratch apple pie this thanksgiving. It was absolutely gorgeous! The kids even told me how wonderful it looked and that made me proud.
My cooking tragedies
The taste of that gorgeous apple pie. I hated every bit of the taste. I used granny apples and they were really really tart. I also didn't care for the crust. But, the pie looked soooo beautiful - LOL!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies
So easy to make. The kids helped and loved every bity of it! They looked great when they were done and tasted good with icing and without!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
This is the best stuffing I have ever had! I made it for our thanksgiving dinner and got so many wonderful comments. There were even three people who hate stuffing tell me how wonderful it was. My aunt called me today to make sure I was making this for our christmas dinner tomorrow. I would highly recommend this recipe to anyone! LOVED IT!!!!!!
