Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
I've made these 3 times in the last month. Easy and awesome! I cook 2 chicken breasts as my family would definitely want more meat on their nachos. And I baked the chips for a few minutes before loading on the toppings to prevent them from getting soggy. Yummy!

Blonde Brownies I
PERFECT! No need to change anything. I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9x13 pan. They are the 1st blonde/tollhouse brownies I've had that are not hard and dry. AWESOME!

Strawberry Crepes
Awesome crepes, definitely more like eating dessert for breakfast! I did add a dash of vanilla and next time would double the recipe. One was definitely not enough for my kids.
