I'm a stay at home mom and I love to try new dishes. I don't like to bake because things never seem to come out right. I love to cook casseroles or one skillet meals. I hate clean up. My husband is a good sport about trying new things. One grandmother was from Kentucky and cooked Southern foods. My other grandmother was from Philadelphia and cooked Pennsylvania Dutch. I enjoyed "helping" both of them. I can take any recipe and turn it into a casserole. Doesn't sound like much but it's pretty exciting for us. Once my mom and I made a cake that took 3 days to make. Never again!!!! I made some kind of chicken with lemon and asparagus. It was awful. My husband and I threw it out and ordered pizza.
