Butter Chickpea Curry
This is a good recipe and easy to make. Not great enough to serve to company but a good healthy dinner to throw together with a salad and crusty bread or brown jasmine rice. I substituted cauliflower for potatoes to make it even healthier. The curry flavors are strong enough that you really can't taste the difference. Another plus, it used up a lot of ingredients that have been sitting around gathering dust in the pantry. :)

Crab Quiche II
Great recipe, and easily modified. I've made it twice. The first time with real crab and I would have given it 4 stars. Last night I made it with spinach, mushrooms and bay shrimp. I sauteed them with garlic, curry powder, olive oil, and Tabasco. I also added some sharp Cheddar Cheese and the extra egg. Awesome!!! Restaurant quality and sooooo easy. Will definitely make it again.

Million Dollar Fudge
Great fudge, and practically dummy proof! I made it once as written, and once with peanut butter instead of walnuts. Definitely a keeper.
