Date Nut Bars
Thank you for the recipe! I love dates and nuts so I though I give it a try. I used I cup of wheat flour and 1 of white , and brown sugar and they are very good but I agree with some of the reviewers that its too sweet , so next time (tomorrow?) I will use only one cup of sugar . The other adjustment its the cooking time, I followed the recipe but they where not done so I " marked" the bars with a knife and cook it for 10 min at 250 degrees and they turn just as I like it , moist. Great possibilities !
