Black Bean and Couscous Salad
This is awesome. The whole family loves it. Yes rinse beans-but otherwise perfect as is. My 14 year old who doesn't do leftovers, devoured the rest of this the next day.

Golden Pork Chops
THE VERY BEST OF THE BEST. My family loved this. Even the 14 year old who doesn't care for pork chops. We put the gravy over noodles...yummy. Definately brown the pork chops & saute the onion and mushrooms a little first. Thanks for the great recip!!!

Comforting Cube Steaks
we absolutely loved this. the only thing i will try different next time is a lower oven temp for a longer period with the dish covered for awhile. meat was tender, but could have been a little more so. thanks
