Baked Potato Soup
It was a good basic recipe but I did not like the dried basil flavor. Next time I'll use some dried chives and ground red pepper and mix the bacon into the soup instead of just garnishing with it. Make sure you dice the onion very small. Overall, the proportions are pretty good (I used two HUGE potatoes).
