Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2010
Yummy! Followed the recipe exactly but added 1/4 cup peanut butter (might want to decrease sugar if peanut butter you use is already sweetened) and subbed Reese's pieces for chocolate chip. I also used room temperature eggs as suggested by previous reviews. My roommates inhaled the bunch before they had a chance to cool! I imagine they'd taste even chewier/better the next day after having cooled properly. Will definitely make again! :)

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
This is absolutely delicious! I have made it many times now (whenever I have bananas that are about to go bad) and it never fails to deliver. Use only extra ripe bananas for this recipe and you can use 3/4 cup of brown sugar, but make sure not to pack it. I also like to add in about a tablespoon of vanilla extract as well as 1/2 cup of coarsely chopped walnuts! I have two batches baking in the oven right now as I'm writing this review! :)

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
This bread is very delicious, but is a tad too salty (hence the 4 stars rather than 5). Decrease the salt to about 1 tsp and it turns out to be just about right! I made one loaf yesterday and another today (both by hand using some of the tips the other reviewers left) and the one with less salt I made today disappeared so much more quickly! Half of it was gone within 10 minutes of leaving the oven!!! :)

French Baguettes

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
This was absolutely delicious! I did everything by hand, left out the egg wash and sprinkled with a tiny bit of kosher salt! Crust turned out nice and crispy while the inside stayed soft and moist!!! I will definitely be making this again, but will probably add about 2 tsp each of Italian seasoning and rosemary to make make herbed bread! Yummy!!!
