Chicken Puffs

Very good! I used onion and chive cream cheese for more flavor. They were a little dry to me but the family liked them.

Southwestern Egg Rolls

The family loved these! Didn't deep fry these, just fried in a little canola oil and finished off in the oven. Delish!
