Italian Vegetable Soup
This recipe was great. Due to allergies I had to swap some veggies out and ended up with frozen spinach, frozen green beans and canned peas instead of cabbage, canned beans and canned corn. I would up the spice anty. I think it tasted like a wonderful vegetable soup and next time I am going to add more spices and come hot pepper.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
I have really enjoyed this recipe even though I converted it to a Gluten Free recipe by substituting a GF flour 1-1. The spice mix is perfect with the chocolate. Semi-sweet is definitely the right touch. I bake this recipe in a 8x8 or 9x9 stoneware dish and they come out great as a cake.
