Mother of two boys, 18 & 20. My family loves my cooking. My husband calls me a natural. But, I usually find it another chore to do. However, I am starting to enjoy it more and more. When I have TIME, I do enjoy it.

In 23 years of cooking for my husband and boys, I have only made two items that went wrong.

Key lime pie (never set up). Beef stew one time put in fresh herbs and family didn't like.

Fudge Puddles
Devine!! My son went nuts over them! They are a bit time consuming, but worth the effort. I ended up with way to much chocolate filling. Next time I will make half as much of the chocolate. I topped with peanut butter chips. Very sinfull!!

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken
Very good! I used BLSL chicken breasts. Used one can of corn insead of two beans as suggested. My family really liked it. My husband found a need to have with flour tortillas. I did serve with white rice. Very flavorful. Will definitely make again.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
OMG!!! Followed to the T. It was very good and tasted very gourmet!! Defiitely will make again :)
