Pecan-Oatmeal Pancakes

These are good, but are VERY thick and filling. It surprised me because the batter was very runny after we mixed the ingredients together. We loved them though...they have delicious flavor!

Bacon and Bourbon Thanksgiving Stuffing

We made this for Thanksgiving and LOVED it. Like the recipe says, it makes a lot, but it tastes great as leftovers, too! YUM!

Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

I accidently added too much oatmeal and they still turned out delicious! My grandmother can not have a lot of salt, so I appreciate the fact that there is no salt. We will definitely make these again!

Easy Alfredo Sauce II

Easy and delicious....I added some homemade basil pesto and made pesto alfredo....yum!
