This was great and easy, too! The family loved it with thumbs up to add it to our dinner rotation. I doubled the recipe, subbed sausage for the ground beef, omitted the bell peppers and mixed in half of the shredded mozz, then baked in a 9x13 dish. I served it with a salad and the meal was very filling. It was great to see the all 3 kids' plates clean! There are 5 of us and we only ate 1/3 of the dish and froze the rest. The kids have already asked when we're going to have it again!
