High school grad majored in Home Economics. Mother of 2 children.Seems I have worked with or around food most of my life...either baking or packaging...lol. Found my dream job as a cake decorator,but back pain prevents me from working now. I miss my job! I'm a big fan of ground beef! It's so versital! Every Christmas I make cutout cookies while my kids are at their dads. When they come home we have a blast with icing and sprinkles as I let them go to town decorating the cookies. They are 6&7 yrs. old...and well...to me,they are the most beautiful cookies...definitly original! The first Gingerbread House competition I entered was back in '98. It was at the Corning Museum of Glass for their Holiday Sparkle celebration. I won the blue ribbon! I was Shocked! I also won a blue ribbon for a decorated cake years ago at the Chemung County Fair! Woo-whooo! I've had my share...but thats how we learn!
