I used velveeta & 8 oz. of mild cheddar cheese... All I can say is this is the BEST! I call it 'gas station' soup, because it tastes just like the broccoli/cheese soup you get at many SA's etc.. Thanks sooo much for a great recipe

Peanut Butter Balls VIII

I followed the recipe exactly. Im not sure if I could have possibly done something wrong with this simple recipe but it didn't taste very good at all. It was very 'gritty' and overall not what I had hoped it would be. Sorry!

Grilled Onion Potatoes

A new recipe to play with! I added some extra italian dressing and it was definately good. I had made it for my family for Fathers Day. They all commented that it was good but would be even better with some bacon.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

I skipped the cornstarch & ginger and added a some fresh garlic and onion. I then brought all ingredients to a boil for about 1 minute. Used 3/4 to marinate with and the other 1/4 for basting. I marinated pork chops & chicken for 4 hours. Very good and not too sweet. Next time I will try marinating overnight. Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Crispy Marshmallow Balls

My mother-in-law hires a lady every Christmas to make her Christmas 'cookies'. I have been looking for this exact recipe for forever (since the lady wont give it to me!) Thanks so much for a wonderful recipe. Its some work but worth it. You make enough caramel to use almost 2 bags of marshmallows. These also freeze well. Thanks again for a wonderful recipe!

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

I also used beer instead of broth. These were good, but the meat was a little mushy.. I will try this again and cook it for a shorter amount of time

Baked Ziti I

I have made this recipe several times now and it is a family favorite. I also use ricotta cheese instead of sour cream and mix it in with the noodles. Definately a keeper!
