Creamy Rice Pudding
I doubled the recipe, used half and half, used leftover coconut milk rice, added cinnamon and freshly grated nutmeg....totally forgot the vanilla...omg...this rice is the bomb!!! My mom always baked hers in the water bath so you got more of a custard and the rice settles to the bottom. This recipe far surpasses the old fashioned kind...nothin but creamy, flavorful yumminess!!!!

Calico Bean Casserole
Up the bacon a tad...cut brown sugar to 1/2 cup, and add a couple good squirts of maple syrup....it takes it over the top.
