Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2009
This is now my staple spaghetti cause recipe. I ALWAYS add the meatballs in the sauce to cook- it is not the same if you don't. I also add extra parm tot he meatballs, but dont add too much or they get mushy. THANKS for an awesome recipe.

Maple Salmon

This was FANTASTIC. I added a bit of fresh chopped ginger as well to the marinade, and cooked it at 450 degrees (it was a fairly thick cut). i HIGHLY recommend this recipe. It is delicious and super easy.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
I would ABSOLUTELY give this ecipe four stars if i could as well, with a few changes (which others mentioned). Namely, fresh minced garlic in place of the powder, less milk. And be patient! The sauce is amazing when it thickens up. I have also frozen the leftovers several times, and they are still great. LOVE IT!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
Made this last night and it was awesome! I used the thin-sliced chicken breast (and avoided the extra time of pounding out the meat), used an egg wash before coating with Italian bread crumbs, and I also used prosciutto...so delish. The ONLY reason for the 4 stars is my sauce, while absolutely amazing, didn't look as pretty for presentation sakes. I think its because i used flour to thicken, and replaced some of the butter with olive oil. But wonderful- thank you!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
This was a wonderful recipe. I have never made indian food before, so i was a little nervous, but it tuned out great! My boyfriend said it was one of the best things i have made, and I have been experimenting for a few years now. I followed the other advise about no salt (just a few shakes). And I replaced some of the cream with half and half, and it tasted wonderful. TOTAL KEEPER!
