Oven Fresh Seasoned Potato Wedges
Love these potatoes. I followed the recipe, except I used a little more olive oil and I sprinkled the wedges with parmesan instead of adding it to the bag. I added Vidalia onion wedges and whole cloves of garlic. I just threw them in the baggie after the potatoes. The onions were almost as good as the potatoes.

Megan's Granola
Great stuff! I followed some reviewers advice and used coconut oil (an ultra healthy miracle food...in my opinion) instead of veg oil (poison, in my opinion:D)and did as others, using the nuts I had on hand. I used equal parts honey, maple syrup and brown sugar! This is the best granola! Going to add some pineapple jerky as soon I can get to the store.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
Wonderful Bread! Took some suggestions and used 3 cups zucchini, 1 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar. I cooked it 60 minutes and it probably would be have been better at 55 minutes as one reviewer mentioned. I doubled it and made the second half into mini loaves for the freezer! Great Recipe!
