Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

WOW! We made made this for Thanksgiving and there was nothing left over. The marinade adds the perfect flavoring to the turkey and the turkey turned out moist and delicious. Everyone agreed that this was the best turkey they have ever had.

Bierrocks II

This is a delicious and easy recipe. The only change I made was adding garlic and some ground chipotle pepper to the meat mixture. The chipotle added a nice flavor w/ a little spice.

Frog Eye Salad

This is one of my favorite salad recipes and I am always asked for the recipe when I take it to a potluck. I would recommend that you marinate the pasta in the cooked mixture overnight before mixing w/ the other ingredients. I feel this gives the salad a much better flavor. I also added about 1 cup of pecans to the recipe and mixed in the marshmallows right before serving.

Poppy Seed Bread with Glaze

This recipe is very good, it sure didn't last long around our house. I think the glaze adds the extra special touch to this bread. I like the suggestion of using a pastry brush to apply the glaze. I will try this next time. I found that it was difficult to remove the bread from the pans. Next time, I will prepare the pans by greasing and flouring.
