Mexican Halibut Bake
Spicy salsa is the key to this recipe. "Fresh" halibut should not taste or smell fishy. Excellent dish-will make again!

Very Veggie Lasagna
Excellent Lasagna! I doubled the recipe and put spicy sausage in the other. My girlfriend LOVED the veggie one and her hubby LOVED the spicy sausage. They were both hits!

Zucchini Patties
This recipe is soooooooo good, my grandma made it and every body loved it!!!!!!!!! It helps a lot if you drain the zucchini first!!!
