Great recipe, I only made 4 frozen tilapia so I cut the ingredients to 2 tblsp of mayonnaise and I used Tony's, cayenne, lemon pepper and garlic powder but followed everything else exact. Will definitely make many more times.

This was a great recipe! My 3 yr old and me ate the whole plate in about 10 minutes so I had to make another so we can snack on them during the week. I microwaved 2 large sweet potatoes then peeled them and sliced them so they were round. I lined my baking pan with aluminum foil and added olive oil, tony's seasoning, and garlic powder. I laid the slices down on the mixture and stirred them around until they were coated. I cooked them for 10 mins on 350 then turned and cooked another 10 minutes. Wonderful and healthy recipe. This was a great recipe but mine came out more for a party appetizer rather than a meal. I was going to a party that night anyway so I took it and people said how delicious it was with crackers. It was just too heavy for a meal for my family, but certainly a great appetizer! Changes that I made that might have effected the results are: I added 1/4 cup of italian dressing and 2 tsp brown sugar, and only had 6 pork chops.
